Project Description

AJ Oliver, PharmD

AJ Oliver, PharmD – Pharmacy Resident

AJ Oliver, Pharm.D, received his doctor of pharmacy degree at Cedarville University School of Pharmacy in Cedarville, Ohio in May 2019. He comes from a military background where his father served in the U.S. Air Force, which resulted in him moving to several places throughout his entire life, including Germany and Portugal. His favorite memories as a pharmacy intern include building relationships with patients and inspiring them to take better control of all aspects of their health. As a PGY1 Resident at Azalea Health, AJ wishes to take his ambulatory care clinical knowledge to the next level to further improve patient health outcomes and to educate aspiring pharmacists. His goal after PGY1 is to either pursue a PGY2 in ambulatory care or work as a pharmacist in the community setting. AJ’s hobbies include playing basketball, working out, listening to music, volunteering at church, and hanging out with friends. His greatest joy as a pharmacy student was being a leader serving the underserved community as part of the Student National Pharmaceutical Association (SNPhA).
